In this course, your young Gamer will bring their coding to the next level through creating a “Choose Your Own Adventure” program. Each student will be challenged to design and develop an interactive game, inspired by their own lives, in which the player will have choices. Building upon the coding skills covered in the “My Story” Boolean Girl course and teaches new skills such as conditionals, complex events (broadcast and receive), and user interaction Along the way, students will learn techniques for debugging their code, using variables, and other advanced coding techniques. By the end, students will be one step closer to becoming a Videogame Designer!
