This club meets on the following Thursdays with Mrs. Seitz in the media center: November 8th, 15th, 29th, December 6th, 13th, and January 10th, 17th and 24th at 7:15 am. Boolean Girl introduces girls to computer science fundamentals at a young age through a series of unique projects and hands-on challenges. Our goal is to mix play and programming. Art+Feminism is a campaign improving coverage of cis and transgender women, feminism and the arts on Wikipedia. From coffee shops and community centers to the largest museums and universities in the world, Art+Feminism is a do-it-yourself and do-it-with-others campaign teaching people of all gender identities and expressions to edit Wikipedia.

Boolean Girl will participate again in this huge stem events at the The NySmith School in Herndon VA.  This event is for K-12 students, parents, educators, non-profit leaders, corporate leaders and federal leaders with a vested interest in the National Capital Region (NCR) STEM pipeline.  It has tons of hands on events.
