Work with Boolean Girl

Content Marketing Intern

Do you want a meaningful part-time job that will have a positive impact on your community? Boolean Girl is currently hiring for a marketing intern to help with our Summer Camp content efforts. As the Content Marketing Intern for Boolean Girl, you’ll work directly under the Director of Marketing, gaining hands-on experience in content development, nonprofit marketing, social media strategy, and STEM education. You will be working to gather content (photos, videos, interviews with students, instructors and parents, and more) and using it to create useable materials for our website, blog, social media, ads, e-newsletters, and other marketing materials.

This internship offers the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to bring STEM education to more girls and underrepresented youth in the DMV.

This part-time (20 hours/week) position will be hybrid remote, based 10 hours per week at Boolean Girl’s Arlington, VA Summer Camp campus at Marymount University — Ballston Center and will run for 8 weeks, from June 23 through August 20 (with the week of July 4 off). The schedule for in-person work is flexible, whether spread out a few hours per day or packed into 2-3 days at our camps, the only requirement is that you are able to be in-person on Fridays.

At the conclusion of the internship in August, following a final deliverable project, you will receive a $2,000 stipend for your work with us over the summer.
